Virginia Democratic Attorney candidate Steve Shannon has radical environmental agenda that he attempt to put into place if he is elected Virginia’s Attorney General. Shannon earlier this month attended a policy conference hosted by the Democratic Attorneys General Association, who is also Shannon’s biggest donor. One of the topics at the conference, was  called “Tools Available to the Attorney General with an Environmentalist Agenda” , the presenters on this topic, preach a radical environmental agenda, where environmental policy is put in place through the court system and not through the legislative branch. These environmental wackos wish to put their policies in place through lawsuits and the court system instead of through your elected representatives, this takes you the voter out of the decision making process when it come to environmental policy.

This policy if,  Shannon was elected would haul Virginia’s employers into court, cost them money and cost Virginia’s jobs. It would also implement policy with out the consent of the people. Do we need a radical environmentalist to cause more job losses in Virginia, like in california, where the courts have prevented farmers from using water because the water contains a minnow, this radical environmental policy has no place in the Attorney  General’s.
