The Myth: The Senate bill is good for our country.
The Fact: Merry Christmas! Yesterday, on Christmas Eve, the Senate voted to give you a big lump of coal. Their very special gift to you? Misguided “health reform” that will mean a future of higher taxes, more expensive health care, economic uncertainty, threats to the jobs we need, and even more out of control government spending as our country’s debt keeps piling up. This legislation will hurt small businesses and families while accomplishing nothing that it was intended to do.
Don’t be fooled: This legislation is bad policy. Tell Congress it’s time to START OVER.
